Continuing production of website:

Eleanor and I were able to talk about the webiste today and what we have left to do.

We have constructed a list of things that are still needed to make our website:

Home Page-

After creating this list, Eleanor and I both know that the text is the easiest aspect of the work still left to do and that the images and certainly the video are the aspects that we are most likely to struggle with.  The text will need some breif planning but it will be fairly straight forward for us to get together. The images can then easily be added in later.


Today Eleanor and I decided to change the background of our website, before we create the collage that intend on creating once we have all of the images that we need, we decided to add a background that was already created by Wix. The background that we chose is shown in the print screen on the left.  We chose this background as we really liked the colours and the contrast of the pink with the greens, as although our channel is for women, we thought that the addition of some other colours would brighten up the website. We also changed the menu bar, Eleanor and I did not really like the colour or style of the menu bar. We thought that the colour was too intense and dark and the style of the menu was not what we are hoping to create. We easily changed the style, as the option is given to you as son as you click on the menu and the colours were very easy to change as you are able to customize your colour from a blended chart.
